"Hi Michelle, i think this is an extremely unfair and inaccurate review. Seeing as this was previously a post written by your Mum, Anne and was a 5 star review based on my personal service to her that you then edited. I have always enjoyed working with your Mum as a customer. Your review is unfortunately rather inaccurate. When Anne's Agent retired he was actually replaced with someone else who did not work out, we then took over from them and I had an appointment very early on with your Mum. I then met with her very regularly in regards to her Annuities as well as her car insurance. I vehemently disagree with not calling her back, as not only did I converse many times with her on the phone, I also spent may hours at your Mum's house to help with matters, so much so that I met her cat as well as the squirrel's she had befriended that would stand at the front door waiting for her. As I said to you in email correspondence yesterday, after receiving your original email, to which I responded I was very sorry to hear your Mum was doing overly well, I cancelled the policy as requested. As I reiterated to you, once I submit a cancellation or policy change, that goes through to State Farm Corporate, they then process all cancellations and refunds of owed and unused premium at the Corporate level. That is then out of my hands, as much as i wish I had control of cancellations, non-renewals and had a magic button to control premium too, I unfortunately do not. I cannot speak to why State Farm Corporate had not cancelled the policy yet, but i did send you the proof of me submitting that request. I do not know if someone there is simply behind or what the case is, I can only control my side of things. I am sorry that it has not processed and a payment did pull. The first payment went through as you cancelled on the day of an automated payment that was already in process and could not be stopped. Again, State Farm will absolutely send a check for all unused premium and refund any payments. I want to reiterate that I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with your Mum as a customer whether that be at my office or the numerous times I went to her house. Unfortunately, systems and processes are not perfect and things can go wrong in the world of technology, however I stand behind my personal service and the time spent with your Mum over these last 4 years. Her years of loyalty to State Farm were appreciated. I am sorry to read this and for your thoughts to leave an unfairly one sided review completely ignoring the help I provided your Mum over these years. I wish you and her the very best in the future."
